Abstract

In this paper, a metric of the spatially homogeneous and anisotropic Bianchi type-I in Kasner form have been considered. The exact solutions of the Einstein’s field equations with variable gravitational and cosmological constant have been obtained with the assumption of variation of scale factor, which yields a time dependent deceleration parameter. The gravitational constant  )(tG and cosmological constant )(t are also obtained. Physical behavior of the model has been discussed by obtaining some physical quantities.
