Determination of Expected Time to Recruitment in Manpower Model using Shock Model Approach

Abstract

In recent year mathematics and  statistics have done much more work on the development of models in manpower systems .Many  manpower models contribute a dominant role in efficient  structure and control of manpower system. The strategic manpower planning literature is in generally divided into two approaches. Among this Stochastic  process of formulation/model is one approach on the other hand is based on an optimization model.
